Henry Nowhere’s sound is of the easygoing, sun bleached spirit of his native California.His singular brand of nostalgic indie pop is hazy and hopeful meshing guitars, woodwinds and analog synths in his lush arrangements. Sonically his music is reminiscent of The Radio Dept., Chris Cohen and Andy Shauf while lyrically recalls classic Country songsters such as Willie Nelson and George Jones.

 

Henry lends his unique sound to producing and/or writing for such artists as Love Mansuy, Elah Hale, Beauty Queen, Ralph Castelli, Kenny Hooplah among others.

 

Since he received his first guitar on his 8th birthday Henry has never stopped his search for what makes music tick. For the past six years he has been touring globally with DayWave and last year joined Pete Yorn’s touring band.

 

Henry's debut EP 'Not Going Back' received praise from Paste, Billboard, The Line ofBest Fit, Clash among many others. It has accumulated over1.5M streams to date including placements on All New Indie, Mellow Morning, and Lo-Fi Indie.

 

The first of a string of EPs Henry is releasing throughout 2020 and 2021 is titled 'ThinkAbout Me' and is due out December 18th; all of which was recorded solely by Henry out of his new home of Los Angeles.
